SHIPPING POLICIES

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via ground services. Be sure to complete your shipping information with an adequate street address including any suite numbers, apartment numbers, floors, and zip codes. We do not ship to any P.O. Box addresses.

We require telephone numbers on all orders before it can be shipped. This will be used for delivery purposes.

Please allow 8 to 12 business days from the time of order for delivery. Canadian, Hawaiian, Alaskan, and Puerto Rican orders should allow an additional 2 days for delivery.

Items may be shipped in separate boxes from different locations.

We do not offer any returns on shipping & handling.

Regular shipping rates apply to Continental shipments only. Hawaii and Alaska are NOT considered Continental

AIR SHIPMENTS

If you would like your shipment to arrive via air services, please call 800-332-8427 x106 for rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico . If you would like us to ship outside of these regions, please call us at 800-332-8427 x106.

We will not be responsible for any additional custom fees that may incur at the time of delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days of order receipt Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (EST).

ORDER STATUS

If you have not received your order after the allotted time mentioned above, contact our customer service representatives to help you at 800-332-8427 x106. One of our representatives will do their best to track your order. Please have on hand your order number and the date you placed your order.

RETURNS & DAMAGE CLAIMS

We do not accept returns on open videos, books, or shipping charges.

If your kit is missing a specific item (instructions, tools, paint, etc.) we will be more than happy to resend it. We can only replace items on kits that are current. If your kit has been discontinued for more than one year, we will be unable to fulfill your replacement.

Please inspect your package as you receive it. If you notice any obvious damage, bring it to attention as you sign for your delivery. Call the local delivery office to schedule an inspection of the damage. When the original package is returned to us, we will then replace the damaged merchandise at no additional cost.

We inspect all products prior to packaging and shipping; however, we don’t open any sealed products (videos, packaged tools, etc.) If you happen to receive a defected product, immediately contact our customer service department to have this taken care of. Call us toll free at 800-332-8427 x106.

If you wish to return your order, you must call us to notify and have it authorized. Once authorized, you will be given instructions on where to ship your items and how the credit will be handled. You must submit a copy of your invoice with the returned items. Any costs to return the merchandise will be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.

BACKORDERS

Items in stock will not be backordered. You must submit your order again at a later date.

PRICING
Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price. Although prices are frequently updated to comply with sales, promotions, or other discounts, they may change without notice to reflect the current prices.

 

Prices charged in your shopping cart are the prices shown at the time the order was placed. We try hard to keep prices updated but mistakes do occur. If you feel you received a wrong price at the time of checkout, please call us at 800-332-8427 x106.
